30-Day Returns Policy

We want you to feel confident with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy on all physical products purchased directly from us.

If you’d like to demo a product at home, simply purchase a pair and take advantage of this same 30-day return policy.

Most of our authorized dealers offer a 30-day return window, but return terms may vary. Please check the return policy of the specific dealer you purchased from.

Products must be returned in good condition with all original packaging and accessories. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please email us at returns@tantrumaudio.co.uk to initiate the return. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
