How to get in touch, send feedback straight from the app, and what to include so we can reproduce what you saw.
Contact
Email tom@tantrumaudio.co.uk. Room correction is in beta, and real-world results genuinely help us improve it — so please do get in touch, especially if something doesn't look or sound right.
Sending feedback from the app (best)
The results page can package everything we need for you:
- 1On the Calibration results page, click Send Feedback.
- 2Write a short note in “What looked or sounded wrong?” — this is the most useful part. For example: “the left channel is much quieter after correction” or “bass sounds boomy.”
- 3Click Save & open email. The app saves your results file and opens a pre-filled email.
- 4Attach the saved results file yourself before sending — the email tells you where it was saved (drag that file into the email).
The email automatically includes your app version, operating system, and connected device/firmware info, so we can reproduce what you saw.
What to include when reporting a problem
If you email us directly rather than via the app, please include:
- What happened and what you expected instead.
- Your app version (shown in Settings, bottom of the page) and macOS version.
- Your device and its firmware version (from the device row).
- If it's about a measurement or correction, the exported results file (see Chapter 10 — Results) and, if relevant, your snapshot CSVs (see Chapter 8 — Measuring your system).
- Anything from Settings → Logs (Activity) that looks relevant.
Before you contact us
Many issues are covered in Chapter 16 — Troubleshooting & FAQ. It's worth a look first — device-not-found, no-audio, low-coherence and restore-didn't-apply are the usual suspects and all have quick fixes.
