How to get help, make a warranty claim, register NEXUS and dispose of it.
Getting help
Message us at tantrumaudio.co.uk/support. If your enquiry is urgent, we'll get back to you within 24 hours.
Chapter 9 — Troubleshooting covers the common problems first, and most of them have a fix you can do in a minute.
What to include
- What happened, and what you expected instead.
- Your Omnissiah version (shown at the bottom of Settings) and your computer's operating system version.
- The NEXUS firmware version, from the device Settings tab.
- The STATUS LED colour.
- For a measurement or correction problem: the results file. On the Calibration results page, Send to team saves it and opens a pre-filled email. The Getting help appendix of the Omnissiah manual describes the full feedback steps.
Warranty
NEXUS carries a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. Registration is not needed for the warranty to apply. [TBC: warranty terms link.]
To make a warranty claim, message us at tantrumaudio.co.uk/support with your order number or proof of purchase and a description of the fault.
Registering your NEXUS
Register your NEXUS at tantrumaudio.co.uk/nexus/register. The QR code on the card in the box goes to the same page.
Registration is optional. A registered serial number makes a warranty claim faster.
Disposal
Do not put NEXUS in household waste. Take it to a collection point for electrical and electronic equipment, as the crossed-out bin symbol on the rear panel shows.
